See below for answers to some commonly asked questions about our oil delivery service.

How do I order?Easy! You can Order online or Call us! You can place your order right through our website, or you can call our office at 203-272-7878.

How much notice do you need?Most deliveries can be made same day within a 2-3 hours. If not then the next 1-2 business days. During the Spring/Summer/Fall we deliver home heating oil Monday through Friday. Through the winter months we deliver 7 Days a week. We do our best to deliver as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery dates and/or times.

What forms of Payment do you accept?We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as cash and or check. Our price for credit/debit is the same as cash, so it is usually the most convenient option for our customers.

Is there a minimum order?The minimum order is 100 gallons. To save you money, it is best to order at least 150+ gallons. If you really want to save, order 200 or more gallons, as the price is even better!

Why are your prices so low?Our response is quite simple, why are competitor prices so high? We all get our heating oil from the same terminal, so why do some companies charge such a high rate for delivery? Our response is quite easy low overhead means low prices.

Do I have to be home for delivery?As long as we can access the fill pipe, you do not have to be home. Payment must be accepted before delivery or on delivery. If you cannot be home then you can leave payment on site for our driver. A receipt will be left on site for you. We can also email a receipt as well.
